¡Buenas tardes! (cambiar según zona horaria). Hoy os traigo
un post que tenía muchas ganas de hacer. Había pensado dejarlo para un poco más
adelante pero al final no me he podido aguantar :D haha. Como sabéis, (o tal
vez no) la semana pasada estuve por primera vez en Londres, así que aquí tenéis
una lista de cosas que todo principiante en esta ciudad debería realizar ;).
Obviamente hay muchísimas más cosas y espero ir descubriéndolas cuando vuelva
(porque voy a volver sí o sí).

I really wanted to do. I had thought to leave it for a little later but I just
couldn’t wait anymore :D haha. As you know (or maybe not) last week I went to
London for the first time, so here's a list of things that every beginner in
this city should do ;). Obviously there are many more things and I hope to
discover them when I go back (because I'm going back sooner or later).
1. Hazte una foto junto al Big Ben: Sin duda mi parte favorita.
El Big Ben (y todo lo que hay a su alrededor) es impresionante. Así que yo iría
preparando la cámara ;)./

picture next to Big Ben: Definitely my favorite part. Big Ben (and everything
around it) is impressive. So I would prepare the camera ;).
2. Relájate en Hyde Park: ¡Hyde Park
es enorme! Pero aunque no puedas recorrerlo entero, vale la pena darse un
pequeño paseo por él./

Hyde Park: Hyde Park is huge! But although you can’t see it entirely, it’s worth
it taking a short walk through it.
3. Pasea por Notting Hill: Creo que es el barrio más bonito.
Casas blancas, puertas de colores… y el mercadillo de Portobello Road ¡no te lo
puedes perder!/

doors... and Portobello Road Market, it can’t be missed!
4. Prueba
todo tipo de comida en Camden Town: Mi parte favorita de Camden Town fue sin
ninguna duda la zona de Street Food. Todo tipo de comida que te puedas imaginar
está allí, y además te van ofreciendo algunas para probarlas. Recomiendo ir con
mucha hambre, y no como nosotras que justo antes de ir nos fuimos a un
restaurante a comer :( haha./

all kinds of food in Camden Town: My favorite part of Camden Town was
undoubtedly the area of Street Food. All kinds of food you can imagine is
there, plus you are often offered some to try. I recommend going very hungry,
not like us as we went to eat to a restaurant right before going there :( haha.
5. Vete de compras a Oxford Street: La mejor calle de tiendas
de todo Londres, tanto para suvenires, ropa, accesorios… cualquier cosa! Mi
favorita -> Lush :D./

in Oxford Street: The best shopping street in London, whether you want souvenirs,
clothes, accessories... anything! My favorite -> Lush :D.
6. Piérdete por el Soho: Uno de los barrios más interesantes de
Londres. Para comer recomiendo el pub O’Connell cuya especialidad son sus
hamburguesas gigantes (y buenísimas!)./
/Get lost at Soho: One of the most interesting neighborhoods in London. To
eat I recommend the pub O'Connell whose specialty are its huge hamburgers (so
good!).
7. Prueba el Fish and Chips: Sé que a mucha gente no le gusta,
pero no puedes ir a Londres y no probarlo. A mí personalmente, ¡me encantó!/
/Try Fish and Chips: I know many people
don’t like it, but you can’t go to London and not try it. I personally loved
it!
8. Móntate en un autobús rojo: Cuando estés cansado/a de andar,
elige un autobús con un recorrido céntrico y que te guste, sube a la parte de
arriba y disfruta del paseo y de las vistas ;)./
/Get in a red bus: When you're tired of walking,
choose a downtown bus with a route that you like, go up to the top and enjoy
the ride and views ;).
9. Visita los estudios Harry Potter: Puede que este no sea una
visita obligada haha, pero si eres fan de Harry Potter y tienes la oportunidad,
no dudes en ir, pues fue una de mis partes favoritas del viaje. Si ves que es
muy caro o no tienes mucho tiempo, siempre puedes ir a la estación King's Cross
;)./
/Visit the Harry Potter Studios: Maybe this is not a must haha, but if you're a fan of Harry Potter and
you get the chance, don’t hesitate to go, because it was one of my favorite
parts of the trip. If you don’t want to spend that much or you don’t have a lot of time, you can
always go to King's Cross Station;).
